Character: Drew the Sloth
Officially the Corporate Archivist, unofficially the department’s living lava lamp, Drew speaks slowly, moves slower, and occasionally emits philosophical wisdom that may or may not be useful. He once requested office hammocks for “workflow optimization” and still believes deadlines are “more of a suggestion than a construct.”
The Donna Lake Comic Strip follows a quietly fierce department head trying to lead with dignity, despite corporate curveballs, chaos-prone staff, and a workplace that keeps getting weirder.
It’s a sharp, heartfelt office comedy with a surreal streak and a deep respect for the ones who hold it all together.
